Boop pet-boarding portal
Operations portal for a pet-boarding business, rebuilt from three months late to delivered within a month
The operator-facing React portal for Boop: bookings on a calendar, accommodation, pet and pet-parent records, a service catalogue and staff management, with Redux Toolkit, Google Maps and deck.gl, hosted on Firebase. The project was three months behind and the codebase a mess when he took it on at Caarya, by his account; he reworked it within a month and it shipped on time.
