NoQ (QueueUp) is a phone-OTP, password-less platform where one account is both customer and provider. Walk-ins join a live queue only within a hundred metres of the shop, server-enforced; appointments need the owner to accept, decline or counter-offer; a customer holds one active commitment at a time, enforced down to Postgres indexes.
